JOB QUALIFICATION:
     • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Human Resources or equivalent
     • Fresh Graduate are encouraging to apply.

JOB SUMMARY:

     • Process Payroll Government Benefits - SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth
     • Process Payroll (basic background of payroll software is an advantage)
     • Process other related items in Compensation and Benefits

JOB POSITION:  HR OFFICER (EMPLOYEE RELATION)

JOB POSITION:  MARKETING OFFICER
DEPARTMENT/STORE:  MARKETING DEPARTMENT

JOB QUALIFICATION:
     • Have experience as a marketing officer or a similar role.
     • Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
     • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applicable marketing software.
     • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
     • Good communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
     • Creativity and commercial awareness
     • A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
     • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College in Business Administration major in
     • Marketing Management or relevant and equivalent field.
JOB SUMMARY:

     • Have contribution to the implementation of marketing strategies.
     • Organize marketing plans, programs, and other relevant events to raise brand awareness.

JOB POSITION:  FINANCE OFFICER
DEPARTMENT/STORE:  FINANCE DEPARTMENT

JOB QUALIFICATION:
     • With at least 1 year experience.
     • Previous working experience as an Finance/Accounting Officer or similar positions.
     • Knowledge and competency in finance and accounting principles.
     • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software (e.g., SAP Business One).
JOB SUMMARY:

     • Maintain and update accounts payable database
     • Manage electronic ledger and ensure payments are posted
     • Produce financial statements and reports as required
     • Reconciling account discrepancies.

JOB POSITION:  MERCHANDISE OFFICER
DEPARTMENT/STORE:  MERCHANDISE DEPARTMENT

JOB QUALIFICATION:
     • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar course
     • Knowledgeable in Computer
     • Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities
     • Have written and verbal communication skills
     • Time Management and organizational skills
JOB SUMMARY:

     • Can manage Merchandise inventory stocks
     • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments
     • Create a report for the shortages of items to the immediate superior
     • Prepare monthly Inventory Report
     • Weekly monitoring of Yakult and Bottled water stocks and sold items
     • Other tasks that will be required as deemed necessary by Management at a later time

JOB POSITION:  SALES OFFICER (TEACHER ACTOR)
DEPARTMENT/STORE:  SALES DEPT (E-LEARNING)

JOB QUALIFICATION:
     • Bachelor's degree in Education, Major in Mathematics/ English or its equivalent
        with at least units of professional education subjects (Mathematics & English)
     • Preferably licensed Teacher (LET)
     • With at least 1-2 years teaching experience
     • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
     • Computer literate.

RELEVANT SKILLS:
     • Adept at lesson creation and development
     • Well acquainted with the K-12 curriculum
     • Dynamic, hardworking, and a team player
     • Excellent oral and written communication skills
     • Confident with the basic Math/English subject
     • Knowledge of computers and their basic programs is a plus
     • Self-directed and willing to be trained
     • Can conduct online class.
JOB SUMMARY:

    A. Design Lesson Plans (online)
     • Prepare the subject’s lesson plans based on the current education set-up in the country and create a video presentation

        of the subject.
    B. Engage Students During Online Class
     • Encourage student participation and lead student discussions to keep them active and engaged in learning.
    C. Provide Test / Assignments and Feedback
     • Assign homework and test for assessment of class performance development (feedback) for the student.

     

For Store Staff

JOB POSITION:  STORE MANAGER
DEPARTMENT/STORE:  KIDZOOONA BATAAN

JOB QUALIFICATION:
     • Candidates must be posses at least Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
     • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Managerial Post.
     • Background in Indoor Playground or in the same field is an advantage.
     • Good in oral and written communication.
     • Computer-literate.
     • Can work under pressure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     • An individual responsible managing the overall functioning of the store, takes care of day to day operation and ensures

       maximum profitability of his/her store.
     • The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall image of the store, must ensure that his/her store meets

       expectations of the customers and lives up to its predefined brand image.
     • One of the major responsibilities of the store manager is to make the customers feel safe and comfortable in the store.

       It is his/her key responsibility to make sure that the customer leaves the store with the pleasant smile.

       Puts the Customer first attitude.
     • The Store manager Leads courageously, takes personal responsibility to do the right thing, and persist in times of challenge

        or uncertainty, adapts quickly to challenge and makes timely, thoughtful decisions.
     • Take calculated risks and challenge the status quo. - Develops continuously and seeks opportunities to improve self and others.

        Leads with trust, honesty, and commitment to hire, coach, and develop partners to achieve their potential.

        Delegate and give Reinforcing and Redirecting Feedback in a timely manner.
     • Makes the overall report, such as the Profit and Loss, Inventory Report, Petty cash summary report, Partner attendance and

        cash handling reports.
     • Adheres to company mission and vision and visibly impart across all partners.
     • Weekly Labor Scheduling, assigning tasks/project to partners that would utilize and enhance their ability, talents and knowledge.
     • Manage and approves the Petty cash and overall inventory of the store handled by the Assistant Store Manager, ensure

        timely sending of the report.
     • Makes sure the accuracy, completion of Daily Store Report, Daily Cash Report, updated versions of reports.
     • Secure the cash flow of the store. Act as a Depository of Daily Sales to accredited bank. - Schedule the monthly store meeting.

       Content of discussion should include the following: PARTNER, CUSTOMER, BUSINESS and MARKETING.
     • Serves as a Role Model when it comes to giving respect and uplifts morale to every partners in the store.

JOB POSITION:   STORE STAFF
DEPARTMENT/STORE:   KIDZOOONA ANTIPOLO

JOB QUALIFICATION:
     • Preferably 18-45 yrs. Old (As long as physically fit)
     • Must be at least high school graduate or college level with customer service
       experience
     • Background in Indoor Playground or in the same field is an advantage
     • Good in oral and written communication
     • Basic computer-literate.
     • Can work with minimal supervision and multitasking (admin task and cashiering)
     • Can work in shifting schedule (mall-based store)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

     • Employee is required to wear Lala Chan (Mascot), do hosting, singing, and dancing.

     • Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, mission of Aeon Fantasy

     • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high-volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.

     • Delivers legendary customer service to all customers, especially to the children by acting a “customer comes first” attitude.

     • Discovers and responds to customer needs, and most of all give importance to the safety and cleanliness of the store.

     • Ability to understand and carry out oral/or written instruction and request clarification when needed.
